Fresh and new. Loved. Perfect. There is no question that this little gal has won the heart of her parents already and I have no trouble seeing why, she’s perfect in every way possible. And the cheeks, have I mentioned I have a serious LOVE of squishy newborn cheeks? I could nibble and kiss them all the day long! I miss the sweet baby cheeks on my kids but the great thing is they turn into loving, squishy toddler cheeks! Baby P had cheeks that were just as perfect as she is, and I may have snuck a little smooshie cheek nibble in Congrats M family on your newest addition!

Fresh. Sleepy. Loved. This little guy was 14 days old, and in terms of newborns, he’s on the older side. He gave mom + dad a hard time before our session but by the time I got my hands on him he was putty. Lovely, squishy, bendy putty. He posed like a champ, slept on cue and even got a few sweet kisses by his fun and lively older brother. As a mon, I know that it’s an amazing blessing watching your first child become a “big” brother or sister. It brings out the most amazing feeling of deep love watching that new connection, never to be topped! Welcome to the world baby J, welcome to the world.

I can’t get enough of newborn parts! Ears, lips, and toes, so small and delicate!

This post was supposed to be of my sweet little man turning ONE today, I cannot believe how fast time has gone! I’ll have to save his post for after I actually take his 1-year pictures, hopefully soon Busy busy around here and a quiet blog usually means I’m busy spending my nights editing. These images have long been delivered to the clients but I just have to share my favorites from their session! Twin boys + gorgeous home + beautiful parents = perfect session in my book!

I seem to be finding less and less time during the day as Max gets older and if you’re not on Facebook the sneak peaks have been slow around here. Here’s the newborn daughter of a college friend, could she be any more gorgeous? Took us two tries to get what we wanted but in the end it was worth it!

The rolls on her arms were killing me, so cute!!!

How I love baby girls! I’m going to have to start digging the baby boys in say….18 weeks or so when our little one makes his debut! But for now, thanks to my daughter, there’s a special place in my heart for beautiful, tiny baby girls. Baby A was no exception, that’s for sure! Oh.My.Goodness. I cannot get enough of these sweet girls that I had the pleasure of photographing today! They were the best sleepers I have had (sorry Mom and Dad! I hope they start sleeping a bit more at night soon!!) and as long as they were touching one another, they were content. There’s something special about twins and it’s evident here!

This little squishy guy was all of 8 days old but was just too busy to sleep for long! Between eating and his love of sucking, he was content being awake for our session. We managed to capture some sweet images and I am in love with his cradleboard. What a wonderful piece of his heritage to capture!
